The room was spacious and the offered good quality amenities. They also had a few snacks and drinks for free available in the afternoon.

The staff attitude wasn’t the nicest. There was a lady who was a bit rude and stressed

Great value, perks and clean, comfortable, fresh rooms

INTERGATE had very clean, comfortable rooms- everything looked very new and well maintained. They have amazing additional services including laundry, Japanese baths and free drinks/ coffee/ snacks in the lobby lounge all day. Location is also very convenient to main sites. A great stay and excellent value at a low price

Wonderful

really neat and clean place with good location you commute within Kanazawa. we really like the complimentary snacks and happy hour in the lounge, they even do cappuccino for you for free.

sadly no early check-in was possible when arriving but they were happy to keep our luggage.

Exceptional

For the price, this hotel was an amazing value. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and large. The onsen and lounge services were great perks. We took advantage of the on-site laundry to dry out after a rainy day and it was very easy to use. The location was close to the market and castle. We loved our stay here.

Wonderful

Loved the complimentary teas coffees juices afternoon snacks happy hour wines and supper-time Ochazuke in the main guest lounge which was particularly great for meeting up with family members also staying. We all want to go back there again!!!

I liked everything fairly much. My daughterinlaw was a bit annoyed tho when she paid for breakfast in cash but was later questioned about whether or not she had paid as there seemed to be no record

Amazing amenities and key location

Perfect location to explore the castle. The hotel is very nice, clean, smells good and thre room was indeed soundproofed and very dark (which I love). The breakfast is a bit pricey but the selection is impressive. Staff is very sweet (they can book your bag collection/delivery if needed) and public bath is definitely worth a shot. Amenities are on point. Comfy bed!

Very good.

Good location, about a 8 mins ride from the main station. Decent sized and clean room, beautiful clean onsen; I used this twice during my two night stay and was on my own. Lots of choice for free amenities like cleansing oil, moisturisers, hair bands etc which was super handy. The free happy hour in the evening plus the endless free tea and coffee in the restaurant is a really lovely touch.

I waited both evenings to use the washing machines, I think for the size of the hotel there should be more than two machines.

Comfortable, clean and value-for-money! Will stay again!

It was a very clean, quiet and functional hotel very conveniently located near Omicho Market and the Castle, and there's a Family Mart nearby. I really loved the design of the Superior Twin room as it was spacious and very user-friendly in the space layout and aesthetics! I also appreciated the firm bed and pillow that was a mix of firm and soft, depending on which side used. I appreciate too the Japanese hospitality where they provided a useful selection of toiletries, and also food and drinks throughout the day, and the breakfast selection was very good too -- a very wide variety of international and Japanese options! I loved that they had a public bath with both indoor and outdoor options!

Nothing. I was very pleased with my choice. The walk from the station wasn't too long -- about 20 min away, but in the winter and with my heavy luggage, it seemed a bit longer. But, nonetheless, it's a good location for sightseeing.

Amazing staff, very helpful and kind Room was big, sparkling clean and the bed was very confortable Happy hours (and other hotel offerings) are a very nice addition which create a friendly atmosphere in the hotel The location is ideal to visit Kanazawa (and region) as it is close to the city center as well as to the train station

Definitely worth more than what I paid!

Perfect, best hotel throughout my 18 days in Japan.

Can’t really think of any - the only thing maybe the receptionist wasn’t really proficient in english but it’s easily sorted with google translate!

Excellent location

Great location, very central to walk to the castle park gardens, Kenroku, the fish market, samurai district and also loads of restaurants and shopping in the neighbourhood. In the lounge stairs they provide tea, coffee and juice all day. From 5-7 is happy hour, red, white and sparkling wine with snacks. Fantastic service and very friendly staff.

Fantastic value

Probably the best value stay I’ve ever had! Very comfortable room that came with a dehumidifier that I used for white noise, though there wasn’t much outside noise to cover; soundproofing between rooms was quite good. The best part though was all the free goodies that came with the stay, particularly the evening treats and wine! It was so nice to come back from exploring the city and settle in the large lounge area with a glass of wine before heading up to the room. I stayed in much “fancier” places on the rest of my Japan trip and I honestly missed this place! Felt right at home.
